Returns Policy

At Levi Monet, we hope you love your purchase, and we aim to get it right every time. However, we understand there may be an occasion where this isn't the case. If you're not entirely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of delivery.

Kindly note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Return Conditions:
- Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase. Items returned with damage such as makeup stains, general wear and tear, heavily fragranced, marks, spills, discolouration, tampered labels, or tags will not be eligible for a refund.
- Damaged, unsaleable or any items that show signs of wear will NOT be accepted and will be disposed of, with no refund issued.
- If the returns tags on your item is removed, we will not be able to accept your return. Please ensure the returned items include all original tags and packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse any refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
- Levi Monet reserves the right to refuse any returns believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently, or causing loss, damages, or copyright issues to Levi Monet. 
- Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return postage fee when returning items to Levi Monet for a refund or exchange.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@levimonet.com within 14 days of delivery with the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, customers are responsible for the return postage fee & a 5% restocking fee will be deducted. UK returns must reach us within 10 days of return approval, while international returns must reach us within 21 days of return approval. Please note that any packages received outside of this period will not be accepted for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout within 21 working days, if the return meets our conditions.

We suggest retaining a tracking ID for all approved returns.

Exchanges & Faulty Items:
Exchanges are available for size adjustments.  To initiate an exchange, please contact us below within 14 days of delivery. 
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team before sending it back.
Exchange & faulty items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
