Returns Policy
We hope you love your Levi Monet piece — but if it isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Conditions:
To ensure a smooth refund, returned items must be:

• Unworn, undamaged and in original condition
• Free from makeup, fragrance, marks, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached (including the LM returns tag)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for the return postage cost.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at contact@levimonet.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Once approved, return the item within:
   
• 7 days (UK)
• 21 days (International)
3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 21 working days of receiving your return.

We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.

Exchanges & Faulty Items:
If you need a different size, we’re happy to arrange free exchanges for our UK customers. 

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us before sending it back — we’ll take care of the next steps quickly.
