Order Processing and Dispatch:

Orders are processed throughout each working day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. We use Royal Mail for our shipments, and the order cut-off time is 1 pm.

UK Shipping:

• Standard Shipping (2-4 business days): £4.00
• Express Shipping (1-3 business days): £6.50

Europe Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: £14.99
  • Transit Time: 2-11 business days

International Shipping:

• Shipping to USA, Canada, UAE & RoW: £20.00
  • Transit Time: 3-17 business days

Tracking Information:

When your items are shipped, an automatic notification will be sent via email, providing you with a tracking number.

Changing Shipping Information:

If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed prior to your order being shipped, please Contact us with your Name, Order Number, and the new full shipping address. We should be able to help you provided the order has not yet been processed and shipped.

International Orders:

We endeavour to make our products accessible to customers around the world. We currently ship to a wide range of countries and are continually expanding our international reach. To check if we deliver to your country, please proceed to the checkout page where you'll find the most up-to-date information on available delivery destinations.

Please be aware that customs policies and import duties can vary widely for international orders outside of the USA & UK. Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance charges of the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. For information regarding customs duties, please contact your local customs office.
